Bio
As a Director of Information Technology, Eugene oversees the IT Operations of a company in the Sports Information industry. As a network, as well as a Linux and Mac enthusiast, Eugene strives to design and implement secure, redundant, fault-tolerant networks that stay out of the way and allows end users to simply do their jobs.
Eugene’s prior experiences include various engineering/techinical roles within tech start-up companies throughout the Silicon Valley. Such roles include Technical Support Manager, QA Lead Engineer, Lead Technical Support roles (Tier III/IV). His in-depth technical knowledge and strong customer service background allows him to build and lead strong teams with the right mindset and attitude, as well as a strong sense of urgency to get the job done.
